Amen is making a film based on the masterpiece biography of Freddie Mercury. The biography is written by his darling friend Lesley Ann Jones. They both are looking forward to pour life into the movie idea they have.

Freddie Mercury was a British-Indian singer, songwriter, pianist, guitarist, and co-founder of the rock band Queen. As a performer, he was known for his vocal abilities and aureate stage performances.

Mercury was born in Zanzibar and grew up in India. He has been referred to as ‘Britain’s first Asian rock star’. He died of HIV (AIDS) on 24 November 1991, only one day after publicly acknowledging he had the disease, at a time when there was stigma over Aids. His boyfriend, later said Mercury had been diagnosed with HIV in 1987.

By nature, Freddie Mercury was an extrovert on stage and introverted off the stage. He rarely gave interviews and kept himself to himself. He was bisexual and had a long-term relationship with Mary Austin.

His band ‘Queen’ got slow but steady popularity in his time. After some years of his death, his name got listed in top 20 singers of all times. Ann Jones has crafted Mercury’s legendary life in his biography.

Amen has studied the biography so well that he said in an interview that, “I feel the pain and joy of Freddie. I somehow created a Friendship with my Character.” The legendary biopic with the ancient actor will be a very nice combination for a movie.
